She was highly responsive and easy to work with, despite me being outside of the UK at the time, and went well beyond what I had initially expected. This including liaising with specialist contractors to obtain opinions and indicative remedial proposals, something that she suggested rather than waiting for me to request.

What really stood out was her willingness to combine her technical advice with practical commercial judgement. So as well as answering the questions such as "what has happened here?", and "what are the likely remedial options?", she was also prepared to give an honest view on more nuanced questions such as "what would you do next if you were in my position?". Our discussions were invaluable in helping me decide how to proceed, as much so as the report itself.

I also thought her services represented excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Offset Structures to anybody looking for a pragmatic, knowledgeable and responsive structural engineer.
